Horrible service! Just for assistance, the tow driver was beyond disrespectful l. Just trying to assist to make sure he would get to location without getting lost. He was so disrespectful hanged up on my face. For customers service I would expect better treat especially being stuck in the side of the road.

Clarence truly showed his concern for showing up to his clients needs today! I had a 10am appointment at a dealership and I requested to be picked up by 9:30! He made it happen. Clarence is definitely in it for the people not solely for financial gain. I was quoted 175 in which I was worried I couldn’t pay for a 3 – 4 mile transport by another company, he took me on for 2 quarters less for my Kia forte. I am extremely humbled and appreciative of his commitment to his work and clients. Thank you American roadside assistance! Thank you Clarence! You were and are a blessing sir. God bless you guys!

BIG THANK YOU to Clarence!! He was my 5th call, for tow service & did we get lucky. Had plans to drive my vehicle to my mechanic, for other issues, unfortunately backing out of my driveway the shifter cable broke. Clarence showed up to my place rather quickly & with the best positive attitude ready to help. He got us to our destination, taking the best possible route. Highly recommended 👌

All I can say is Clarence is the best! He quoted me fairly & better than 5 other companies for towing my car from a shop 3 miles away to the dealership! And can I say what a sweet man he is! He has great customer service and people skills and in a stressful time made me laugh. Recommend him 10 out of 10. God bless you, Clarence, your family, & your business🙏🏼❤️🥰

I had a great experience with American Roadside Assistance of Orlando. I called them after getting a flat tire, and the service was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and made the whole situation much less stressful. I really appreciated how smooth everything was and would definitely recommend them.

Car overheated in the middle of the day and Clarence came very quickly considering all the traffic there was throughout the day!! Very honest and got my car home safe and was very nice!! Pricing was the cheapest compared to all the other tow companies I called. Thank you so much!!
